Our take
I ordered the 8lb pair in orange. The neoprene coating is comfortable and provides a good grip even when my hands get sweaty. The hex head design keeps them from rolling around on the floor, which is a nice touch. The cast iron core gives them solid weight. However, the neoprene can pick up dust and lint easily, and the handle length is a bit short for two-hand swings. Also, the price is a little high compared to similar options. But for light workouts, they look and feel great.
